Lasers sound dangerous. Are they?
When used by inexperienced hands laser treatments can be dangerous. We employ the Cutera laser for our procedures as it is both state-of the -art as well as the safest laser on the market. Our team at ClarityMD has undergone extensive training from nationally recognized laser medicine physicians and representatives. Cutera physicians perform the most advanced laser procedures and continually offer advanced training on new, effective procedures, as well as strict safety education. We offer all patients a FREE, comprehensive medical consultation to address benefits and risks. You are in excellent hands.

How much does this advanced aesthetic medical treatment cost?
During your free consultation, our ClarityMD team will take a comprehensive approach to your skin concerns. This includes a complete medical and social history, full examination of your areas of concern, and an incorporation and sensitivity of your lifestyle and skin care goals. We will design a procedure/skin care product package based on your individual, unique needs and goals. We will work with you to create a program that works within your resources and schedule. Do you offer financing?

Will I need to schedule time off work like I would for a surgery?
Most of our procedures can be performed with no downtime at all. With invasive procedures, however, there may be a few days of social downtime. You may decide to pick a time when you can be away from work for a few days after an aggressive procedure.

Are these procedures uncomfortable?
There may be some mild discomfort associated with a warming sensation during certain procedures, but patient's sensitivities vary. We have carefully selected the most advanced and safest products and technology available in order to minimize any discomfort and irritation to the skin. Also, because we have physicians on staff that are actively involved, we have access to options that can make your procedure more comfortable, including oral medication and topical creams. During your free consultation our knowledgeable staff will address specific concerns or questions about all of our services and procedures.

ClarityMD Policies

At Clarity MD, we appreciate your patronage and are committed to providing an excellent patient experience. Due to the popularity of our exclusive services, we have enacted policies to ensure all patients are given quality service. We ask that you consider our policies not as restrictions, but as indispensable rules, which allow us to provide high standards of service. With regard to fees, these are unfortunately necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to patients when they make the appointment.

Appointments
Please call 317-571-8900 to schedule an appointment. Appointments scheduled via email will not be accepted. We recommend that you schedule appointments in advance to ensure your preferred time is available. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to allow ample time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Patients arriving 15 minutes late or later will be asked to reschedule.

Appointment confirmations
We provide appointment confirmations via email, however this is not guaranteed. It is the patient’s responsibility to keep track of appointments. If you have questions regarding your appointment time please call the office at 317-571-8900.

Cancellations and "No show" policy
Because ClarityMD is “by appointment only,” we require 24 hours notice of a cancellation. Patients who cannot make their scheduled appointment will be rescheduled without penalty, provided at least a 24-hour notice is provided.
Please keep in mind that “no shows” or last minute cancellations leave our physicians and aestheticians with an empty appointment time and do not allow for another patient to schedule during that time. No show appointments will be subject to a $20 non-refundable rescheduling fee.

All product sales are final.

  • When purchasing a laser package, we require 50% down to book the first treatment
  • 100% of the package price is due at first treatment.
