Our Loyalty Program rewards you for choosing ClarityMD for your aesthetic treatments and skincare. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Ways to Earn Points

• Treatment & Product Purchases: Earn 1 point for every $2 spent on eligible services and retail items.

• First Appointment Bonus: Receive 25 bonus points at your first appointment.

• Referral Bonus: Earn 50 bonus points for every new patient you refer (awarded after their first visit).

• Online Booking Bonus: Receive 10 bonus points each time you book an appointment online.

 

Redeeming Points

• 400 Points: Redeem for a premium travel-size product

• 500 Points: Redeem for a $25 discount toward a qualifying treatment (invoice must total $250 or more).

• $25 redemptions are limited to one per calendar month.

• Points accumulate starting with your first visit, and become eligible for redemption once you’ve reached $500 in qualifying spend within a 12-month period.

 

Program Rules

• Points expire 365 days after the date they are earned.

• Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or gift cards.

• Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.

• Points may not be earned or redeemed on gratuities, gift card purchases, or in combination with other discounts or promotions (unless specified).

• ClarityMD reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.

 

Important Notes

• Points are applied to your account once payment is completed (and, for referrals, once the referred patient attends their first appointment and pays for service).

• To redeem rewards, your account must be active and in good standing.

• Redemptions must be requested at the time of checkout.
