Dr. Jodie R. Harper, MD is a wound care physician specialist and a nationally recognized leader in her field. She is based in Indianapolis but is called upon to travel statewide to share her expertise and provide advanced wound care education to patients and communities on wound prevention. Healthy skin recovery and maintenance is a passion of hers, and she started ClarityMD to use her knowledge and training to offer special attention to each patient and cultivate a long-lasting relationship.

Megan DeCamp has been a licensed Aesthetician for over 15 years, joining the ClarityMD team in 2010. Her background in medical aesthetics and the spa industry make her the perfect fit for ClarityMD. Megan has a passion for skin care and strong knowledge of the products and services offered at ClarityMD. She is certified in laser skin rejuvenation and CoolSculpting. Her relaxing facial treatments are a patient favorite and leave your skin glowing and gorgeous!

RN & AESTHETICIAN
Kim brings over 20 years of nursing experience to ClarityMD, along with a passion for skincare and aesthetics. Drawn to the challenge and reward of this ever-evolving field, she loves combining science, technology, and patient care to deliver real results. “I love the science and technology in this constantly evolving industry,” she says. Outside the treatment room, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, never turns down a great pizza, and always brings a fun, friendly energy to everything she does.

Jamie is a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Injector, bringing a wealth of experience and a keen eye for aesthetics to the ClarityMD team. With a strong background in nursing and a specialized focus on cosmetic procedures, Jamie is dedicated to helping clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals through safe and effective treatments. believes that every client deserves to feel confident and radiant. Michelle Schmid joined the ClarityMD team in 2011. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in finance. She moved from Tampa, Florida, in 2006 and has grown to love all that Indiana has to offer. Michelle loves building relationships with patients and helping them achieve their aesthetic goals.

Recognized first as the welcoming voice on our phones, you’ll find Connie to be one of the kindest faces you’ll encounter here at Clarity. As a mother of three adult daughters and partner to a busy, professional husband, Connie has mastered the art of multi-tasking and attention to detail. Always willing to help wherever needed, Connie brings balance and quiet confidence that radiates a welcoming environment for all of our patients. When not in the office, you’ll find her crafting, thrifting, doing Pilates or playing fetch with her Irishdoodle, Bourbon. “I love being part of the ClarityMD team. We work together and support each other so we can deliver an excellent patient experience.”

Brittney began her career in the aesthetic industry in 2007 and joined ClarityMD in 2019. As Patient Engagement Manager, she oversees the patient experience from first impression to long-term engagement, leading the practice's marketing initiatives, digital presence, and patient communication strategies. She is passionate about helping patients feel informed, welcomed, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. Brittney believes ClarityMD's personalized approach to care and the expertise of its highly trained providers are what truly set the practice apart.

Julie joined ClarityMD in 2019, bringing with her a background in Psychology and Communications from Western Michigan University. Passionate about all things health, wellness, and beauty, she loves staying current in the ever-evolving world of aesthetics. Julie enjoys a full life outside of work with her husband, three kids, and Louie, her French Bulldog. In her downtime, you’ll often find her playing tennis, practicing yoga, traveling, reading, or enjoying live music. She’s dedicated to making sure every experience at ClarityMD feels both personal and exceptional.
