Michelle Schmid joined the ClarityMD team in 2011. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in finance. She moved from Tampa, Florida, in 2006 and has grown to love all that Indiana has to offer. Michelle loves building relationships with patients and helping them achieve their aesthetic goals.

Since joining ClarityMD in 2019, Brittney has brought over a decade of industry experience to her role as Patient Engagement Manager. She takes pride in being part of a team that delivers personalized, compassionate care to every patient. Brittney believes it’s ClarityMD’s customized approach—combined with the expertise of its highly trained providers—that truly sets the practice apart.

Julie joined ClarityMD in 2019, bringing with her a background in Psychology and Communications from Western Michigan University. Passionate about all things health, wellness, and beauty, she loves staying current in the ever-evolving world of aesthetics. Julie enjoys a full life outside of work with her husband, three kids, and Louie, her French Bulldog. In her downtime, you’ll often find her playing tennis, practicing yoga, traveling, reading, or enjoying live music. She’s dedicated to making sure every experience at ClarityMD feels both personal and exceptional.

Recognized first as the welcoming voice on our phones, you’ll find Connie to be one of the kindest faces you’ll encounter here at Clarity. As a mother of three adult daughters and partner to a busy, professional husband, Connie has mastered the art of multi-tasking and attention to detail. Always willing to help wherever needed, Connie brings balance and quiet confidence that radiates a welcoming environment for all of our patients. When not in the office, you’ll find her crafting, thrifting, doing Pilates or playing fetch with her Irishdoodle, Bourbon. “I love being part of the ClarityMD team.
